E-mail tones goes off in Call

I can't figure this out, I tried a Google search could not find anything on this. But my e-mail tones goes off when I'm in a call. I think its just the email tone not the message tone, (can't remember). Could it be b/c of my jailbreak?

iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak with snOwbreeze. Not sure if I should have posted this in Jailbreak forum. Also I can't remember when this started, been awhile now. I can't remember if only, since I upgraded to 5.01.

It's not due to jailbreak... does that stock too. Yeah, it's annoying... but you get used to it too

Well that sucks, I could not remember having this issue since going Team JB. LOL I hope there could be a jailbreak fix for this. Not sure if I could get used to it.
