Need help importing sky email account contacts to the cloud

I have my contacts in outlook connected to my sky email account and these are also synced via itunes into my iphone contacts.

however this means i have
sky contacts
iphone contacts - for the new ones and also
cloud contacts for the sync of the iphone contacts.

can anyone tell me how to import the sky account contacts into the cloud?
