call waiting.....

my wife's iphone is on 4.2.6 and jailbroken. its about 2 months old and he call waiting doesn't work. the phone beeps to let her know there is another call but nothing shows up on screen. any ideas??

What apps/tweaks have you installed from cydia?

Not many.. Backgrounder, face break, FaceTime mod, my 3G, lock info, I think that's it. I would hate to do her phone again from scratch....
