Save contact to Google exchange?

Hi everyone,

I have my gmail account set up as a exchange so I can access my contacts, calendar and mail on my iPhone, iPad, etc. Is it possible to add a contact via my iPhone to that google account? Or will it always default to save on the device itself.

Haven't found the answer elsewhere, which is why I'm turning to the forums. Thanks!

Nevermind... it found it. In case anyone else is wondering, under contacts just change "Default Account" to "Gmail". Yep... it's that easy.
