MMS Video messages playing choppy iphone 4

has anyone had any issues with playing back there video messages, all my vids play choppy

jus mms, i think its from the persons phone maybe the reason the why

I noticed that MMS videos play choppy on my iPhone 4 also. I thought it was just the way it was but it that's not the case I'd love to figure our why our phones are doing this. Anyone have any ideas?
