Toggle between bars and db?

Hey all, I got my iPhone 4 two weeks ago an I noticed when I swipe across my signal bars in the upper left I can change what it displays from the bars to an actual decibel reading of what my signal strength is.

I accidentally found this out cause I upgraded from a 3GS that was jailbroken.

I find this to be super helpful when I am concerned that I might have actual signal loss or not.

Just haven't seen anything about this cool feature and wanted to share it with all of y'all

This is not a feature. This is a bug in you system probably left over from your jailbreak.
