iOS 4 sync with two PC's

I normally sync my 3GS to my home computer just for my music library and with my work PC for everything else. Will this cause a problem when I upgrade and is there a way around it?

I would assume you would want to upgrade both machines to iTunes 9.2 and iOS 4 at the same time. Does it work under iOS4, I don't know..

That's the basic idea. I just don't want to loose all my music and have to re-download and/or repurchase everything!

I would assume you could still do it...worse case scenario, you wouldn't loose or have to repurchase everything you'd have them on each respective computer and wait till some one came up with a fix. I'm guessing since it is a xml file on the pc that you edit, it should be unaffected by iOS 4. Sorry I can't help more. I guess I didn't really help at all. :0
