Battery discharging while on charger on OS 4

Since I loaded iOS 4 GM on Tuesday, my battery will fully charge and then start discharging right after while still on the charger. For example, when I wake up in the morning it will be at 89% or something similiar. I use the phone while on the charger and it instantly starts charging again. I also have done a restore once to see if that helped and it did not.

Anybody have any similiar experiences? If not, I will just do a warranty exchange at Apple the day after 4.0 is released since they dont support 4.0 yet.
