YouTube freezes up !

Any time I try and play any video from YouTube application on my iPhone 3gs
Video starts playing allright but within a few seconds video freezes up and I tap play again and sometimes video starts to play for a few seconds and then freezes up again ! Any suggestion on how to fix this problem ?

Sounds like you have a slow data connection. You have to wait for the player to buffer enough of the video so it can play. Often on slower network speeds, the buffer can't keep ahead of whatever is playing. That's why the video stops....the buffer needs to load more data.

Thanks for the advice ,but I am am on wifi when viewing YouTube and wait for video to load before playing it !

I was having the same problem. YouTube was loading really slowly on wifi. You're not the only one with that problem cause I found other posts of people complaining about this when I had the problem. I followed the tips on this site and it seemed to help. Good luck!

Yep I think Youtube over wifi on iPhone has lot of issues. I have the same pb from time to time too. Try also to reboot your iphone, that might help!
