Won't update from beta 5

I have beta 5 and when I went to itunes and attempted to do a restore vs update as I have seen in some threads to do it tells me resources can't be found the build number for beta 5 is 7A312g and to my understanding the official release has a diff build number. Can I get assistance in this matter..Or is there a way to download back to 2.21...

iPhone1,2_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw is both the GM and official release. I don't have the link at my finger tips, but I know it's in these forums somewhere. Do a search for a direct link and you'll find it.
