I have a iPhone 3GS that the screen does not work what so ever.
Everything on the phone seems to work properly; it sinks to my computer just fine and will voice onmmanda work as well, backlight works just fine.
I took it to the apple store, and they told me it needed a new main board... I don't find it worth my money and replace it for 100 plus dollars.
I am a technal enegeer and have no problem soldering a new connector to the main bord If that's what it takes, I'm just not too sure what connector it would be.
I have taken it apart a few times, maybe a few too many
? To reseed the screen connection and still no luck!
