iPad Pals:

My new iPad seems to work perfectly well. No problem connecting and holding Wifi. But, the pages load significantly slower than my MacBook Pro. This was most apparent when recently traveling and using wifi hotspots at a convention center. Neither were fast, but the iPad was significantly slower to load. Is this normal? Is it just a limitation of the iPad?

No surprise. Laptops have bigger - better antennas and more space to put them in general.

Well that is OK. In my home the iPad performs just fine. I suspect if I were a road warrior working with an iPad I would use the LTE version.

The MBP likely has a better CPU and more RAM, this too will factor in to speed, as the graphics are processed and rendered quicker.
