My iPad 2 keeps on rebooting. Not all the time but randomly. Someone please help me with this. All help will be appreciated. Thank you! By the way, please answer in this thread if you had this same problem and if you have a fix for this problem.

Something could be funky with your iOS. I would try a restore of the device, then a restore from backup. If it still happens then try a restore again, but set it up as new. Then install apps a few at a time and see if it is one of your apps that are causing the issues.

when you set it up did you restore from your ipad 1? I had major issues till I DFU'd it and built it as a new ipad.

I did not restore from iPad 1. I did not have an iPad til now.

Restore your iPad in iTunes and set up as new. Thats really your only possible fix since you didnt load a back up from another iPad. If that doesnt help, get it exchanged
