Bluetooth issues

I have Power Beats 2 and ever since 9.3 update, I having signal issues.

Power Beats connect just as before. but I can't get more then 3-4 feet away from the iPhone and they cut in and out.

Any one else experiencing similar issues, It never did this before with the beta iOS or 9.2

I've had various network issues since 9.3, including Bluetooth and wifi.

The only thing that remotely made my connections a little better was resetting my network settings. That fixed the Bluetooth audio for calls and music in the car. Still have wonky wifi issues, though.
