Is there a way to set up Siri to read text messages?

Is there a way to setup SIRI or an app to read text messages and emails out load it also would let me know who was calling by either reading the contact name or by reading the number.

My android and my Windows phone did this. The best was the Windows phone it let you replay to text messages via voice. All this was done via blue tooth. I did not have to touch the phone.

I have iPhone 6 plus with the latest update.
