Ringtones not syncing

Since the iOS 8 upgrade, when I sync my ringtones, they aren't all coming over from iTunes. I have them all selected but during the sync, I get a message saying that the sync was cancelled and only some of the ringtones come over. Anyone have any ideas or have this issue as well?

if they are over 30 seconds they will not be transferred, other than that I cant help

Is that even if they were on my 5S before?
