Wallpaper size issues on iOS 7

I have, does anyone have a fix for this? Have tried all type do Insta size apps, but nothing downsizes the entire photo. Help!

Try this: When choosing Wallpaper, turn the 'Perspective Zoom' off. This will only work on iOS 7.1 and above, but it should hopefully fix your problem.

I tried that out. It is not very precise, but I did get results. Unfortunately, a lot of definition is lost is the reprocessing of the original. But, good tip.
