Iphone showing the email address instate of the name of the sender

hey,
I have Gmail configured in my IPhone 4s, I configure it as exchanger through m.google.com. and I have sync all the contact from my company outlook to the Gmail. the problem now when I receive email from anyone it is showing the email address instate of the name of the sender??!!

Take a look in your contacts directly on your phone. Now check to see how the contacts emails are labeled. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Especially syncing contacts from Gmail. Gmail contacts and the iPhone never played well together.
