Yelp brings its ratings, reviews, and restaurant search to the Apple Watch

Popular restaurant review and ratings app Yelp has been updated today with support for the Apple Watch.

With today's update, users with an Apple Watch will be able to perform all of the functions they've come to expect from Yelp, like finding nearby restaurant and looking up directions, right from their wrists.
