iCloud.com photos - shared albums?

I was looking at my photos in iCloud photo library on the iCloud.com website and noticed there does not seem to be the functionality to create a shared photo album. I can create a "normal" photo album, but not a shared one..... am I missing something or does iCloud photos on the web not have this functionality?

I don't know, and I'm not one to share photos via iCloud. Anyway, I'll login to the iCloud website at some point later and see what I can dig up, if anything.
