IOS bookmark syncing...

Those of you on a PC (I know, why am I on a PC right? A Mac is not yet in my budget). How do you sync bookmarks with Safari on IOS? I don't like that the only option via iTunes is to sync with Internet Explorer. I don't use IE. I've accomplished this via Google Chrome but would like to use Safari exclusively. Any suggestions?

I don't use PCs much, but bookmarks do sync on Safari 5.1.7, the last version available for Windows. However, that version is older and less capable.
