the location for weather at the top of my iphone screen will not let me sweep to delete!

I can sweep r to L and delete the others below it, but not the top location. Help, please

Is it a location that you added or is it the device location? If it's the latter, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > and scroll to the weather app and turn the location use OFF.
