Hello can i use a jailbroken iphone as a develpoer iphone? I just began to develop but am using a jaibroken iphone.

SO if i make apps and sell them in the App store .. How and where to people with jailbroken get my apps ? are they different apps? Where is the adult store ? cydia ?
