Hello, Anthony was using Microsoft word app on my iPhone 10 yesterday and he deleted the Microsoft word app, long story short Anthony is in a family sharing group with his mom or dad. This morning at 10, Anthony tried to download Microsoft Word App on his iPhone 10 again. He received the error message saying:
There is a billing problem with a family member's previous purchase. Ask the family organizer to update their billing information.

Any advice?

Yes, have “Anthony” get permission to install the app from parents.

With that being said, I’m curious about a few things:

1. Your username contains “Anthony”.
2. You initially stated Anthony was using Microsoft Word on your iPhone X and then he deleted it.
3. If the message advised Anthony to ask the family organizer to update the billing information, why haven’t you advised Anthony to do just that?

Again, I’m just curious. Anyway, only the parents - I assume one of them is the family organizer - can resolve this matter.
