Store has disappeared from my iBooks, how can I turn it back on?

Store has disappeared from my iBooks

I went to setting then general then restrictions and scrolled to iBooks. The setting is turned on but I'm not able to purchase books . What else can I try

You can try doing a reset. Hold the power button and home button together until you see the Apple emblem. Let go and the phone will reset.
