Why is the pandora icon on my new iphone not working

My pandora icon is not well lit like all of the other icons. When I click on it, it doesn't work

Welcome to iMore! If it's dimmed that usually means it's in the process of installing an update. Go to App Store > Updates and see if there's something pending for Pandora. If there is, pausing the download and then resuming it will sometimes kick things into gear. Otherwise, try deleting the app and reinstalling just as Laura recommended.
