I deleted history, now want it turned on again but don't know how.

I deleted history on safari, because pop up froze my screen. How do I enable history again?

Just start surfing the web via the Safari browser.

You don't per se turn it on and off again . You clear all History from the browser or through the history in settings under Safari. Once it is cleared, It will build up again until it is done again. Usually once a month does it.
