If I reset/restart my iphone, will I lose data

I've deleted photos and game apps but still have no memory on iphone. Says I should reset phone. Will I lose photos.

You could without a backup.

Make sure you back your phone up first with iCloud or iTunes.

Remember: games and music you can get back without issue--if you purchased them via iTunes; however, with pictures and documents, you really need multiple copies, depending on their importance.

I've never lost anything by doing a reset. A restore is different. That could happen without a back up. A reboot is generally referred to as a reset on iPhone. A hard reset might work.
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

If not you may need to restore the phone. IDK!
