I have neither access to phone no. nor my old device, Snapchat

Okay, so I'm really confused what to do. I had a device stolen which was only verified device for Snapchat. I've no access to the phone number and im trying to login from another new device, it says to verify the new device and sending the code to old phone number, i also dont have any recovery code or another verified device. The question is that, "Will I be able to login to my same Snapchat account ever again?"
