Apple ID query

Hi All,
I have an iphone 6 from work on which i am using my personal apple ID. So, Icloud backup and everything else ( including my corporate email , corporate apps are synced in my personal apple ID.
Is there any way by which
# I can add a new apple ID * in addition to my personal apple id on my phone
# Make the new apple id as primary
# and remove my personal apple ID
** Basically, i would like to avoid formatting / factory reset and then adding the new apple id as it would require me to reconfigure corp email etc.**

Any idea folks?
