is there any way to use the camera into the sun without glare?

I tried to shoot some birds that were flying in front of the sun and there was too much glare on the screen to see anything of where/what I was shooting. Is there any way to manage this?

Well, you haven't said what "camera" you are talking about, so it's hard to say how you can eliminate the "glare".

Do you have a matte screen protector on the "screen" you are trying to see?
Have you tried shading the "screen"?

And with any "camera" if you are shooting something that is "in front of the sun", the sun is likely to overwhelm the subject without using proper filters on the "camera" lens.
