my phone has power but is not operational.

I am going to have to get another one. but my phone hasnt been backed up for some time. I there away to add more storage, through my pc? there are certain things i dont want to lose on the phone and want to be able to transfer to my new phone?

Visit an official Apple store and talk with a technician at the Genius Bar. They'll be able to help you get more storage for your account, backup your old phone (or tell you if that's possible), and move things over to a new phone (if they're able to backup your old phone).
