My iPhone 5s isn't going on, what shall i do

I plugged it on charger,in an hour i tried to put it on but it is dead

Try pressing both the power and home buttons until you see the  logo. It shouldn't take longer than a few seconds.

Welcome to iMore! If resetting doesn't work it's possible that your battery has exceeded its useful life. Apple's iPhone batteries are designed to retain 80% of their original capacity for 500 full charge cycles. After that you're on borrowed time and I'm guessing your 5s is pretty old at this point.
