What to do to install an app like it was never been installed before but it was installed on ipad. Ios 8.4?

On whatever iOS device you're trying to install the iOS app on, go to the App Store, select "Updates", and them select "Purchased". Locate the app therein, and then tap on the cloud icon next to it to install it. NOTE: You must be signed in to the App Store on that particular device with the same Apple ID originally used.
