i accidently dropped my phone and the screen c rashed?? does apple give a warranty.

the screen has been broken from the top left corner of my iPhone 5. I dropped it on the road and it fell face first. plzz help

The warranty exists only 1 year from the date of purchase.
Also, if Apple thinks that you're responsible for the breakage of the screen, they won't replace your screen free of cost.

Yeah, take it to the Apple store if you have apple care. Even if you have it, they still charge you a smaller fee (not the whole amount); alternatively, you could take it to a repitable third party repair shop since many are skilled in these repairs. Cheers!

3rd party screen repair might be your best option, OR maybe it's time to upgrade? Apple will charge you 129 dollars for an out of warranty repair, and possibly more if the phone has further damage.
