I'm not sure what you mean by that didn't answer your question but you can go into settings > Touch ID & Passcode, Enter your passcode, then select turn off passcode.

As nikkisharif has told you. Go to Settings>Touch ID & Passcode. Once you enter your passcode, you can control all the settings for it there.

If you are trying to get into your phone and have forgotten your passcode, here is a guide by Apple on how to do that. You are still going to require your Apple ID & Password to use the phone.
