Save photos?

I have photos that were emailed to my iphone and I want to save them in my photos album on my phone. I've done this many times in the past, but now I can't. Things have changed with all the updates I get. Help!! I just can't see any way to get these pix into the albums!

Long rap on the pic & the menu will appear that allows you to save the pic. Don't press hard like you would with 3D Touch.
