Can't connect to server

[iMore Question]

After installing iso 10 on my ipad I can no longer connect to the internet. Any attempt brings up the message "safari cannot connect to the server" This happens no matter where I try so it is not the ISP that is the problem. I can still get and send e-mails but cannot connect to any website. Thanks
