Lost passcode

I cant get into the phone to restore it back to factory settings without a psscode. thanks

There's nothing we can do for you except implore you to recall your passcode. If not, put the device in recovery or DFU mode and then restore it via iTunes on your computer. You will still need to know the associated iCloud credentials if the device is protected via the iCloud Activation Lock.
