I can't get info from old Ipad to move to new Ipad

I wanted to use my new pad and said set up as new and now I can not get anything to allow me to transfer the information from my old pad to my new one

You should have backed up old one then set up new one from that back-up, it's not too late to do so, back up old iPad, reset new one, connect to iTunes and set up from back-up.
