Unable to migrate from Android

I am trying to migrate from the LG V10 to the iPhone 7 Plus. Have tried the "Move to IOS" app over 20 times and it fails every time with simply a message on the iPhone "Unable to migrate". I've tried putting the phone into airplane mode and just turning on wifi but the same thing happens.
