my apple tv won't accept my id and password

My apple TV quit working out of nowhere. I couldn't access anything. So I reset and updated. And it still won't accept my id and password. I've checked my iTunes account and I am using the right info.

Try resetting it again.

Also try a factory reset using iTunes.
