Siri not working on iOS 10 public beta 4 ?

I have yesterday updated my iphone 6s to iOS 10 public beta 4. Since then my siri is not at all working on wifi connection while other apps tend to work fine on wifi. But siri is working fine on the cellular data.

Is it because of the beta version or should I erase everything and set up a new phone. ?

If it doesn't work after a device restart...

Go to settings, Siri, and turn off Siri. Exit out of settings. Then go back and turn on Siri. If Siri still doesn't work try restarting device after turning Siri off before turning it back on.

You should then go through setting up "Hey Siri" again if you use that feature.
