    Default I deleted 14gb of videos, but it still hasn't increased available storage

    Still hasn't increased my available storage to be able to download new nine version. I haven't used iPad in long time. Still only have six version. Please help.

    Try cleaning out your recently deleted folder in photos app, if you haven't already.

    Yes, as diggity said, delete all in your "recently deleted" album. They take up space.
