Deleting email folder

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and when I go into my yahoo mail folders how do I delete a folder?

I recommend you to that on their web interface. I'm not sure that it's possible in the mail app on your iPhone.

Try going to mailboxes on the mail app. Tap edit in the upper right corner.

Tap to delete and hit done.

This is how it works for Gmail. I assume Yahoo is the same or similar.
Some folders can not be deleted.
