Is there anyway u can do something to your phone to keep someone from tracking your location

I have someone tracking me through my cell phone and my text message and phone calls is there any way I can prevent this person from being able to track my every move.

If you still want to do offline work on your device, you can put it in airplane mode.

Go to settings > privacy > location services > share my location then toggle off. You can also turn off location services all together as well.
