Why is iphone 5s not charging properly?

my iphone 5s does not charge fully after ios9.3.2 update. even if I charge it overnight it does not charge to 100 %.

I don't know, but you can try any of the following to see if it'll help.

1. Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings".
2. Restore your device and then set it up as new.
3. Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem for you.

Sounds like a battery problem for sure. Apple store will replace for $79 and change.
