How to increase the font size of ny Gmail on an iPhone-6+?

The Gmail app on my iPhone has a tiny font size for my emails with no apparent way to make changes.

I don't use the Gmail app, but hopefully someone who does AND know how to change the font size, if allowed, will reply soon.

Unfortunately there is no way to do it, and the Gmail app doesn't accept the dynamic type sizes in phone settings.

Other options would be to write larger, or perhaps use a thick marker or Sharpie.
