instagram will not show up in my notifications list and I don't know how to get Instagram to show up

I have all notifications turned on in the Instagram app but Instagrsm does not show up in my settings when I click on Notifications

Welcome to iMore! You probably denied it permission when it first asked. Try these steps to get it to ask again.
Step 1: Delete your app from the device.

Step 2: Turn the device off completely and turn it back on.

Step 3: Navigate to Settings > General > Date & Time and set the date ahead a day or more.

Step 4: Turn the device off completely again and turn it back on.

Step 5: Re-install your app and open it.

Look for the box or pop up asking permission to send you notifications.
