Iphone 6 speaker not functioning properly if a ringtone is played but functions properly with alert

I'm having trouble with my phone's speaker when I play videos or anything that has sound in my facebook's newsfeed it's either I hear distorted sound or no sounds at all. The same thing happens when I connect my iPhone to a Bluetooth speaker. I also tried calling in messenger and I'm afraid I cannot anymore hear anything from the person I'm calling. Maybe someone can help me out of this one. Thanks

If your phone is still under warranty, Id take it back to an authorized Apple repair shop or store.
